This is why Abundant Life Ministries
exists.
We believe in the church. Especially
the cell-based church. The church is
God's agent to make known the
message of good news in Jesus
Christ. We believe it is a place of
joyful worship, fellowship and many
other great things. We believe in
solid charismatic-reformed theology.
By charismatic we mean we believe in
the baptism and filling of the Holy
Spirit (Acts 1:8, 2:4; Eph. 5:18
etc.). We believe that the gifts of
the Spirit are still for today. By
reformed we mean that salvation is
of the Lord and continued by the
Lord all of our days.
We believe in the work of the local
church. We are here to promote,
extend and build up the church. We
are here to facilitate the starting
of new churches based on the
biblical model of cell groups and
large group worship. (Acts 2:42-47,
20:20) We are here to serve as a
consultant, catalyst and an
encourager in the great task of the
the New Testament church.
We believe in counseling from the
Bible. The power of the Word of God
to change lives is amazing. As a
pastor-teacher I trust far more in
Scripture, the Holy Spirit and
prayer to effect change than in the
latest pop psychology, whether it
wears a Christian label or not.

Bill,
is the Executive Director of A.L.M..
A Missouri Native, he and his family
live in the Branson, MO area. He has
been in the ministry for more than
30 years, with 23 years as a senior pastor. He and his wife Brenda have
been married for 30 years, and have
five children. He has degrees from
Midwestern Baptist Theological
Seminary, Kansas City, MO (Doctor of
Ministry, 2004 and Master of
Divinity ,1994) He is a graduate of
William Jewell College, Liberty, MO
(Bachelor of Arts 1982).
